Eroa joins Zus Coffee, bolstering defense with leadership

Former PVL Best Libero Alyssa Eroa has joined Zus Coffee's volleyball team, bringing her defensive skills and leadership to the squad.

Eroa, 28, is moving from Galeries where she helped secure a postseason ticket with her consistent performance last season, joining other main gunners such as Chai Troncoso and Chinnie Arroyo.

Zus Coffee has bolstered its roster further by signing setter Renee Mabilangan and veteran spiker Fiola Ceballos, aiming for its first playoff appearance after finishing 12th in consecutive tournaments.

The Thunderbelles hope that Eroa's presence will enhance the team's defense, complementing offensive players like Jovelyn Gonzaga and Thea Gagate, while Mabilangan and Ceballos bring playmaking energy and offensive prowess respectively.

With these additions, Zus Coffee is looking to improve upon its seventh-place finish in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference after back-to-back last place finishes.
