Erap out of ICU, soon to transfer to non-COVID area

Former President Joseph Estrada is now out of the ICU and will soon be transferred to a non-COVID-19 area.

Estrada tested negative for COVID-19 on Tuesday, more than two weeks after contracting the virus.

He remains on oxygen but at a reduced rate and has resumed soft diet.

His condition continues to improve; he is mentally oriented, conversing normally, and in good spirits.
