Embassy urges Pinoys to follow Israel's COVID-19 lockdown rules

The Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv advised Filipinos in Israel to follow the country's two-week lockdown rules starting December 27 to curb rising COVID-19 cases.

Filipinos are urged to adhere strictly to guidelines issued by Israeli authorities, including restrictions on movement within 1,000 meters except for exceptional cases and vaccinations.

Traveling to another person’s residence is prohibited, public transportation capacity is reduced to 50%, and businesses must operate at half capacity. Gatherings in closed spaces are limited to 10 people while open space gatherings can have up to 20 people.
