EAC beats AU 69-59, aims for Final Four with two games left

Emilio Aguinaldo College secured a victory over Arellano University in the NCAA Season 100 men's basketball tournament on Saturday, winning 69-59.

Harvey Pagsanjan led EAC with 17 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and two steals, helping the team maintain its position tied for fourth place at 8-8.

With two games left against Lyceum of the Philippines University and Jose Rizal University, Emilio Aguinaldo College aims to advance to the Final Four for the first time in 15 years.

King Gurtiza contributed 13 points and nine rebounds while Gelo Loristo added a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds for EAC.

EAC's fourth-quarter dominance, limiting Arellano to just nine points and their strong rebounding advantage of 64-56 were key factors in the victory.
