Duterte's fifth SONA to last 80 minutes

President Rodrigo Duterte's fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) is expected to last 80 minutes.

PCOO Secretary Martin Andanar stated that Duterte rehearsed his speech for a second time on Sunday night and will likely stick to the script without adlibs.

The SONA, scheduled to start at 4 p.m., will follow tradition with the Speaker of the House and Senate president opening proceedings, followed by the flag ceremony and prayer.

After delivering his address, Duterte will return to Malacañang without any media interviews.
