Duterte urges Reds to allow vax transport freely

President Duterte appealed to the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) on Monday to allow the free and safe transport of COVID-19 vaccines in areas where they have influence.

The CPP responded Tuesday that it would not hamper vaccine delivery but urged the government not to use military vehicles for transportation.

Presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said Tuesday that the government will follow its vaccine rollout plan regardless of the CPP's stance.
