Duterte to unveil COVID-19 recovery plan during SONA

President Rodrigo Duterte will present a COVID-19 recovery plan during his fifth State of the Nation Address on July 27.

According to spox Harry Roque, Duterte will discuss the pandemic's impact and government responses, followed by a roadmap for recovery.

Roque noted that the economic team has not yet unveiled this plan, preferring to present it during the SONA and subsequent fora.
