Duterte: Don't get more than two vaccine doses

President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday advised Filipinos against getting more than two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Duterte warned that receiving additional shots is dangerous and could deprive others who have yet to be vaccinated, especially considering the limited supply of vaccines in the country.

The President emphasized that fully vaccinated individuals should prioritize those who are still waiting for their first dose.

As of Wednesday, around 21 million Filipinos were fully vaccinated while about 24 million had received at least one dose.
