Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte claims a wealthy presidential candidate is a cocaine user based on intelligence reports.

Acting presidential spokesman Karlo Alexei Nograles assures there will be no special treatment for the unnamed candidate, stating law enforcement agencies are aware of their mandate to investigate and prosecute drug offenders regardless of social status.

Nograles refuses to disclose the candidate's name, leaving it up to President Duterte's discretion when or if he decides to reveal it.
