DTI: No SRP adjustments amid Ukraine conflict

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) reported on Monday that it has not received many requests to raise suggested retail prices (SRP) for goods following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Trade Undersecretary Ruth Castelo stated at a Laging Handa briefing that only one request for price adjustment had been received since the conflict began, indicating no immediate need for SRP changes.

Castelo emphasized the importance of manufacturers easing price increase requests to support each other during these challenging times.
