DOH regular process behind PRC lab quality check

The DOH's quality check on Philippine Red Cross (PRC) COVID-19 laboratories is a regular process.

DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire stated that the National Reference Laboratory has gathered data and awaits more documents and specimens from PRC labs for review.

Vergeire emphasized that this monitoring is part of routine quality assurance measures to ensure specimen accuracy, not just in response to President Duterte's request.
