DOH plans fourth 'Bayanihan, Bakunahan' in March

The Department of Health plans to conduct the fourth wave of the 'Bayanihan, Bakunahan' national vaccination drive in the second week of March.

Health Undersecretary Myrna Cabotaje said there are proposals to start the campaign earlier in the first week of March to reach seniors and unvaccinated individuals sooner.

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III emphasized that priority will be given to senior citizens and children aged 5 to 17 during this vaccination drive.

The DOH also aims to increase efforts for primary series vaccinations for those who are not yet vaccinated, as well as booster shots for eligible individuals.
