DOH expands 2nd COVID-19 booster to adults 50+, 18-49 with comorbidities

The DOH has expanded eligibility for second COVID-19 booster shots to adults aged 50 and above, as well as those aged 18 to 49 with comorbidities.

Based on recommendations from the Health Technology Assessment Council, only Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be used, administered at least four months after the first booster or third dose.

Eligible individuals can check their local government units or private vaccination sites for schedules.
