DOH: 20% of EVisayas pop fully vaxxed, aiming for 70%

As of October 21, 20 percent of Eastern Visayas' population, or about 673,961 people, are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The DOH aims to vaccinate 70% of the region's population before year-end, which equates to around 3.36 million residents.

Ormoc City leads in vaccination coverage with 54 percent of its target population aged 18 and above fully vaccinated.
