Danish contestant Victoria Kjær Theilvig wins Miss Universe 2024

Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark was crowned Miss Universe 2024 after competing against 124 contestants from around the world.

Theilvig, who is the first Danish woman to win the title and the most recent European winner since France's Iris Mittenaere in 2016, made history during the finals held on Sunday, November 17 (Philippine time).

After her coronation in Mexico City, Theilvig posed for a photo with former Miss Universe queens including Catriona Gray and R'Bonney Gabriel.

Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Manalo placed within the top 30 and was honored as the first Miss Universe-Asia by the pageant organization.

Gray served as one of the backstage hosts during this year's event, showcasing three different looks that highlighted her beauty and striking physique.
