Davao expands mobile vax drive, extends mall hubs on Saturdays

Davao City is expanding its mobile vaccination efforts to reach vulnerable groups such as senior citizens and children aged 5-17.

The city's COVID-19 task force has also approved extending mall-based vaccination sites to operate on Saturdays in addition to weekdays.

This move aims to accommodate those who cannot get vaccinated during regular work hours.

About 490 Dabawenyos have received booster shots through the city government’s door-to-door vaccination program for vulnerable sectors including senior citizens and pregnant women.
