Creamline wins PVL Invitational Conference Grand Slam

Creamline secured their third consecutive trip to the PVL Invitational Conference finals and clinched their tenth championship title after defeating Cignal in a five-set match on Thursday, September 12 at Araneta Coliseum.

Through this victory, Creamline completed an unprecedented Grand Slam within a week, becoming the first team in PVL history to secure all crowns in a single season and winning their tenth overall championship.

The Cool Smashers triumphed over Cignal with a thrilling 21-25, 25-17, 20-25, 26-24, 15-13 victory, marking the sweep of all five games they played in the Invitational Conference and finishing the preliminary round undefeated.

Star players Erica Staunton and Bernadeth Pons led Creamline to this historic achievement with crucial plays and high-scoring performances throughout the match.

Kyle Negrito was named Finals MVP for his excellent sets, while Michele Gumabao was recognized as Invitational Conference Most Valuable Player (MVP).
