Comelec to probe pre-shaded ballot incident in Singapore

Senatorial aspirant Guillermo Eleazar urged the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to investigate a reported pre-shaded ballot incident in Singapore.

The Comelec will probe the incident, which occurred when an overseas voter received a spoiled ballot instead of a clean one.

Commissioner George Garcia expressed concern that such incidents can cast doubt on the integrity of the May 9 polls and emphasized the need for human error prevention.
