Dubai PH consulate denies pre-shaded ballots, Singapore admits mistake

On Monday, the Philippine consulate general in Dubai denied allegations that a voter received a pre-shaded ballot during overseas voting.

Poll watchers reported no irregularities and the consular office submitted minutes to the Commission on Elections with no listed incidents.

In contrast, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore admitted an isolated incident where a voter was given a spoiled ballot from the previous day's voting session.
