Amihan brings scattered rains, cloudy skies over PH

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains to most parts of the Philippines on Monday.

Eastern Visayas and Caraga are expected to experience cloudy skies with scattered rain, while Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, rest of Visayas, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, and Oriental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain, while coastal waters in northern Luzon and eastern sections of the country may be rough with wave heights up to 4.1 meters.

Mindanao is forecasted to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
