PAGASA forecasts isolated rains, cloudy skies due to ITCZ

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and most parts of the Philippines due to localized thunderstorms, expected mostly in the afternoon or evening.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Mindanao, bringing cloudy skies and scattered rain showers.

Light to moderate winds will blow across the country, resulting in slight to moderate coastal waters.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
