Frontal system brings scattered rains to Northern Luzon

A frontal system affecting Northern Luzon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, particularly in Batanes, Cagayan (including Babuyan Islands), Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warns that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms in affected areas.
