Classes canceled in Metro Manila for Nov. 13 due to Typhoon Ulysses

Classes in Manila, Caloocan, Mandaluyong, and San Juan cities were canceled for Friday, November 13, due to the impact of Typhoon Ulysses.

Mayor Isko Moreno announced that all classes in Manila are suspended on Friday to assist families affected by the typhoon.

Malacañang also declared class suspensions in public schools across Regions I, II, III, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, V, CAR, and Metro Manila at all levels.

Private institutions like Ateneo de Manila University canceled classes on November 13 and 14, while the University of the Philippines Diliman suspended classes until Sunday.
