Choco Mucho extends winning streak to four with win over Akari

Choco Mucho extended their winning streak to four games with a four-set victory over Akari in the Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference on Saturday, February 8.

The Flying Titans secured joint third place with PLDT and Cignal after improving their record to 6-3 following a 25-22, 19-25, 25-23, 25-15 win.

Akari's loss dropped them to a 5-5 slate as Choco Mucho's Sisi Rondina led the team with 18 points and Dindin Santiago-Manabat added 12 points.

Coach Dante Alinsunurin praised his team for making necessary adjustments during the match, while Rondina credited her teammates' trust in helping her bounce back from mistakes.

Deanna Wong contributed effectively with 11 excellent sets as Choco Mucho dominated early in the fourth set with a 12-6 lead and maintained their advantage to seal the victory.
