Choco Mucho advances to PVL All-Filipino quarterfinals, defeats Chery Tiggo 3-0

Choco Mucho secured its spot in the quarterfinals of the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference by defeating Chery Tiggo three sets to none on Saturday, March 1.

Sisi Rondina delivered a game-high 18 points, including the last two points, helping Choco Mucho overcome a five-point deficit in the third set to secure their victory.

Rookie Lorraine Pecaña contributed significantly with key kills and three blocks as Choco Mucho rallied from 16-21 down to win the final set.

The Flying Titans will face the winner of the PLDT-ZUS Coffee qualifying game in a best-of-three series in the quarterfinals, while Petro Gazz secured their tenth straight victory over Capital1 Solar Spikers.

Former MVP Rondina and veteran Royse Tubino were crucial in sealing Choco Mucho's win by breaking a tie and clinching the second set.
