Expert dismisses China's claim on militia vessels

A maritime expert dismissed China's claim that 183 militia vessels spotted in Julian Felipe Reef were merely seeking shelter from rough seas.

The UP Diliman Institute for Maritime Affairs and Law of the Sea director said it is unbelievable that the vessels have been there for two weeks without any typhoons passing through since the beginning of the month.
