China donates 1M more Sinovac doses

Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian announced on Thursday that China will donate an additional one million doses of Sinovac COVID-19 vaccines to the Philippines.

The new batch is expected to arrive in Manila next week, bringing the total vaccine donation from China to three million doses.

China previously donated two million doses earlier this year: one million doses of Sinovac's CoronaVac in the first quarter and another million doses of Sinopharm vaccine in August 2021.
