CEU Scorpions face Diliman Blue Dragons in UCAL-PG opener

Centro Escolar University's Scorpions kick off their bid to win a third consecutive championship against host Diliman College in the UCAL-PG Flex Linoleum 7th Season opener at Paco Arena on Thursday, January 23.

The tournament features three additional schools joining the league for a total of ten members, with World Citi Colleges and Immaculada Concepcion College-Caloocan making their debuts in upcoming matches.

Diliman College's Blue Dragons aim to exact revenge against Centro Escolar University after losing in last season's championship series, making the 4 p.m. match highly anticipated.

Manila Central University faces University of Batangas at 2 p.m., while Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas takes on Immaculada Concepcion College-Caloocan at noon.

Former Senator Anna Dominique Coseteng, president of Diliman College, led a Policy Board meeting with representatives from other participating schools to discuss league matters.
