Remulla orders Cavite malls' reopening with strict rules

Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla ordered the reopening of malls in Cavite province on Wednesday, with strict guidelines.

Mall operations will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and only local customers with quarantine passes are allowed entry.

Security personnel must manage queues outside and enforce social distancing inside.

Grocery visits will be limited to one customer at a time, and each shopper is given a maximum of one hour inside the mall.
