Caraga active Covid cases rise as region nears 72% vaccination rate

Caraga Region's active coronavirus cases increased from 14 to 29 in the past week.

The Department of Health (DOH) reported 15 new cases and seven recoveries, bringing total infections to 59,004 with a death toll of 2,213.

As of June 26, Caraga's vaccination rate climbed to over 72%, with 1.6 million individuals fully vaccinated and 220,789 receiving booster shots.

DOH-13 emphasized the importance of continuing vaccinations amid rising cases.
