Blacklist International eliminated from Honor of Kings Championship

Blacklist International is now the sole Philippine team left out of the 2024 Honor of Kings Championship in Jakarta, Indonesia, following their elimination on Friday night.

The Filipino team was defeated by Malaysia-based Nova Esports in a best-of-five matchup with a score of 3-0, marking their exit from the tournament.

Blacklist International's coach expressed pride despite the loss, noting that the team had only trained for six months and it was their first international competition in Honor of Kings.

Players acknowledged their lack of experience compared to Malaysian teams who have been competing longer, emphasizing the need for further growth.

Adrian 'Toshi' Bacallo remains as the lone Filipino competitor within Indonesia-based Dominator Esports, set to compete against Black Shrew Esports in the upper bracket finals.
