DOF extends tax filing deadlines until June

The Department of Finance (DOF) has extended tax filing and payment deadlines for various returns until June or July.

For annual income tax returns (ITRs), the deadline is now June 14, with hard copies due by June 30.

Quarterly ITRs for individuals are due on June 14, while corporations have until June 29.

Monthly VAT returns and quarterly VAT returns are extended to June 4 and June 9 respectively.

The deadline for the Tax Amnesty on Delinquencies (TAD) under RA 11213 has been moved from June 8 to June 22.

Taxpayers can still file and pay taxes before the extended deadlines, with amendments made within the original or extended period not subject to surcharges.
