Ulysses death toll in Bicol climbs to six

The death toll from Typhoon Ulysses in the Bicol region has climbed to six people.

Damage caused by the typhoon is estimated at PHP2.4 billion, affecting agriculture, irrigation systems, national infrastructures, and the education sector.

Five deaths were reported in Camarines Norte and one in Camarines Sur.

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) provided assistance worth PHP15 million to 50,892 displaced families or 188,637 individuals.
