BI: 75% of personnel fully vaxxed vs COVID-19

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has vaccinated approximately 75% of its personnel against COVID-19, with most frontliners already inoculated.

BI spokesperson Dana Sandoval reported that over 2,300 out of more than 3,000 BI employees nationwide are fully vaccinated.

Sandoval expects the remaining personnel to be vaccinated by year-end and noted that the agency is prepared for when borders reopen.
