Vice Mayor Baste in isolation, awaiting COVID-19 test results

Vice Mayor Sebastian 'Baste' Duterte remains in isolation after experiencing flu-like symptoms and is awaiting test results for COVID-19.

Mayor Sara Duterte stated that Baste has three of the symptoms and was considered a person under monitoring (PUM).

On Tuesday, Baste announced he went into self-quarantine immediately after returning from Manila four weeks ago and is now feeling better but still isolated at home.

Baste's sister reminded the public to follow local government guidelines regarding COVID-19 concerns.
