Bacolod shifts to Alert Level 1, lifts liquor ban

Bacolod City has shifted to Alert Level 1, the lowest category in the country's Covid-19 alert level system, effective March 1 to 15.

Mayor Evelio Leonardia has lifted the liquor ban and shortened curfew hours from midnight to 4 a.m., with exemptions for certain groups.

Leonardia praised residents for their cooperation in adhering to health protocols, which contributed to the city's successful de-escalation.
