Bacolod healthcare workers increasingly willing to get vaccinated

Healthcare workers in Bacolod City are increasingly willing to get vaccinated against COVID-19 after initial vaccinations began on March 5.

Five out of seven hospitals have requested additional vaccines due to increased interest.

The provincial government is also preparing for the vaccination program, with 1,600 doses arriving at the Provincial Health Office cold room on Wednesday.

Four provincial government-run hospitals in Negros Occidental will receive these vaccines within a week.

Doctors at CLMMRH say they are getting vaccinated to protect themselves and their families, aiming to vaccinate about 150 personnel daily starting Tuesday.
