Atienza: Will withdraw VP bid if 'won't damage' Pacquiao's presidential run

Vice presidential candidate Lito Atienza said Friday he will withdraw if it 'will not damage' his running mate Sen. Manny Pacquiao's bid.

Atienza earlier suggested withdrawing if Panfilo Lacson also backs out, so that Pacquiao and Senate President Vicente Sotto III can run together.

Pacquiao confirmed Wednesday that Atienza wants Sotto to be his VP bet if he quits the race.
