PPCRV, AMAES launch election monitoring center

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) and the AMA Education System (AMAES) launched the PPCRV Command Center at PLDT Sampaloc on Thursday, May 8, in preparation for the 2025 midterm elections on May 12.

This new central hub will serve as a focal point for election monitoring, reporting, and data verification, building on the Memorandum of Agreement signed earlier this year between both institutions.

AMAES Chairman Emeritus Amb. Amable R. Aguiluz V emphasized the institution's commitment to nation-building through education and technology during his keynote address at the launch.

For the 2025 elections, AMAES will provide critical IT support, computer equipment, audiovisual training materials, and volunteers from over 200 campuses across the Philippines.

The launch also celebrated the personal bond between Amb. Aguiluz and PPCRV Founding Chair Ambassador Henrietta de Villa, highlighting their shared advocacy for electoral reform and civic education.

As part of the renewed collaboration, voter education materials will be integrated into AMAES' online learning platforms to foster responsible and informed Filipino citizens.
