ADB Avenue in Ortigas closed Jan-Feb for new crosswalks, speed tables

Starting January 13, parts of ADB Avenue in Ortigas will be closed for construction until February to build new crosswalks and speed tables.

The Active Transport Project Office of the Department of Transportation announced that three raised crosswalks are being constructed along ADB Avenue as part of road safety upgrades.

One crosswalk is located in front of The Podium and Discovery Suites, another in front of the Asian Development Bank and Residences at the Galleon, and a third one in front of Robinsons Galleria.

The project also includes constructing speed tables to enhance pedestrian safety and improve accessibility.

This initiative is a collaboration between the DOTr, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and the Ortigas Center Association, Inc., with target completion set for February 2025.
