Adams scores 50, leads San Miguel past Blackwater

Jordan Adams led San Miguel to a decisive 128-108 victory over Blackwater in the PBA Season 49 Governors' Cup on Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Adams scored an impressive 50 points, including six three-pointers, and added 11 rebounds, four assists, and three steals to carry his team back from a halftime deficit.

San Miguel improved their record to 2-0 in Group B despite going into the break trailing Blackwater, who played without an import player after letting go of Ricky Ledo.

June Mar Fajardo contributed with 13 points and 10 rebounds as Adams' high-scoring game allowed him to share the load with his teammates.

The Beermen's strong performance continued into the fourth quarter with key contributions from CJ Perez, helping extend their lead to 105-85 before the final buzzer.
