3 more Filipinos test positive for coronavirus in Singapore

Three more Filipinos have tested positive for COVID-19 in Singapore, bringing the total number of infected Filipinos there to six.

The new cases include a 37-year-old Filipino male (Case 178) who visited relatives with pneumonia in the Philippines and is now hospitalized in Singapore.

Two other related cases are a 35-year-old female relative of Case 178, also hospitalized, and another 42-year-old female who holds a Singapore Work Pass.

Additionally, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III reported six foreign nationals from Japan, Taiwan, Australia, South Korea, and Singapore have tested positive for COVID-19 after visiting the Philippines.

Two Filipinos based in Lebanon also tested positive for the virus, bringing the total number of infected Filipinos outside the country to 91.
