Here's how you can help stranded students in UP Los Baños
The University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) is appealing for financial aid and food donations to support students stranded in their dormitories due to the enhanced community quarantine.
Travel restrictions have prevented many students from returning home, leaving them with no option but to remain on campus.
Food items, drinking water, personal hygiene items, laundry and dishwashing soap, and common medicines are accepted as in-kind donations.
On March 18, these donations could be dropped off at the UPLB Men's Dorm at any given time.
From March 19 onwards, in-kind donations may be dropped off at the UPLB Main Gate from 9 to 11 am, and 2 to 4 pm.
Cash donations can be made to UPLB Foundation, Inc. at Landbank of the Philippines - UPLB Branch, Account No. 1892-1003-29.
UPLB assured the public that all donations will be documented and accounted for.
