Arvin Tolentino's triple-double powers NorthPort to dominant win

Arvin Tolentino recorded his first triple-double with 23 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists, leading the NorthPort Batang Pier to a dominant 133-107 victory over the TerraFirma Dyip in the PBA Governors' Cup.

Tolentino credited his teammates and coaches for his performance, stating that his triple-double was a team effort.

The Batang Pier snapped a two-game losing skid and improved their win-loss record to 3-3, tying them with Magnolia in Group A.

NorthPort established an early lead, finishing the first quarter at 33-11 and extending their advantage to as much as 28 points.

The team's strong defense contributed to their win, allowing them to score 29 points off TerraFirma's 21 turnovers.

NorthPort also dominated the paint, scoring 88 points inside and adding 66 points from their bench.

TerraFirma's loss was compounded by the absence of key players Juami Tiongson and Kemark Cariño due to injuries, and Christian Standhardinger exited the game early with a left leg injury.
