Areas under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4 include Western Nueva Vizcaya, Western Mountain Province, Southern Abra, Western Ifugao, Benguet, Central and southern Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Northern and western Pangasinan.

PAGASA warned that much of Luzon is still experiencing rain in the coming hours, and floods and landslides remain possible.
