SM Supermalls celebrates women empowerment with 5th annual summit

SM Supermalls recently held its 5th Annual International Women's Day Summit, "Women Inspiring Women," at SM Aura's Samsung Hall, highlighting the company's commitment to female empowerment and gender inclusivity.

The free event featured 15 influential women leaders who shared their expertise on various topics including technology, work safety, business, beauty, and e-commerce.

United Nations National Goodwill Ambassador Karen Davila moderated the summit, facilitating insightful discussions among the speakers.

Notable speakers included Small Laude on financial literacy, Dr. Rica Cruz on the women's app Unprude, and Amanda Cua on navigating the tech industry.

Other speakers like Ana Lorenzana de Ocampo offered advice for female entrepreneurs, while Jessica Bianca Sy emphasized the importance of safe working environments for women.

Discussions also covered the growth of beauty brands BLK and Happy Skin by Jacqe Gutierrez, and the impact of writing and publishing with purpose by Gina Consing-McAdam.
