Tallest vertical 4PH dev’t gets SHFC nod
The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) has approved two new projects under the Enhanced Community Mortgage Program (ECMP), set to benefit over 2,500 families nationwide.

Additionally, the Msgr. Eddie L. Eleazar Village HOA in Tagkawayan, Quezon Province, will provide housing for 210 families.
SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa emphasized that these approvals represent real opportunities for Filipino families to attain secure and sustainable communities.
