The weather bureau warned of possible localized flooding, particularly in urbanized, low-lying, and river-adjacent areas, and potential landslides in susceptible regions.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon will have cloudy skies and rain due to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan).

Scattered rains and thunderstorms may also affect Caraga over the next 24 hours due to the easterlies.
