All tropical cyclone wind signals were lifted by 11 pm on Thursday, with Signal No. 2 being the highest raised.

A gale warning remains in effect for the coastal waters of Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and northwestern Cagayan.
