SC stops non-registration of 1 more party-list group for 2022 elections

The SC ordered the Comelec to stop enforcing its orders dated Oct. 12, 2021 and Dec. 13, 2021 against Juan Pinoy.
The Comelec was directed to comment on the group's petition within a non-extendible period of 10 days from receipt of notice.
The SC resolution was issued by Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo.
There are now 13 party-list groups which have received TROs from the SC against their non-registration for the 2022 elections.
